Near train station and Aeon supermart. Rooms are cramp and small. Bathroom window blinds not well maintained and provides little privacy

Location just outside JR Nara station was very convenient to get to all the sightseeing areas. Thoughtful of the property to leave an extra set of towels, water and coffee/tea in a basket so you could skip housekeeping and not be inconvenienced. The one thing that was very weird was that the only view from the room was into the toilet / shower
