"This property is absolutely beautiful. However it is very remote in it's location. The road into the property is very difficult to travel and a long distance from town. With that being said if you are looking for a secluded quite spot this is perfect. The views from the villas are stunning."

"This stay was a dream. All the villas have private pools and kitchens. The bed was superb and the villa fantastic. You have a great degree of privacy and cannot see into the other villas. The owner Guy was very nice, great communication and arranged ferry tickets, snorkeling tour, and motor scooter all payable at the end of the stay. Highly recommend this place! "

Cavernous amounts of space inside the villa and Muhammad and Steve are always on hand to offer advice on where to go, where to eat and of course to pick up n drop 24 hours a day . "It was a lovely one bedroom apartment with a private pool and killer sunset views. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to town but coming back is a challenge. If you do not walk, prepare to spend 10-15$ each way. Even then, some of the taxis will not go up to the highest apartment as the hills are too steep. My wife's fitbit said she walked the equivalent of 1.5 Empire State buildings in stairs..... (she would not ride the motorbike up the steep hills) We loved the pool and views. Creature...

"If you want a Robinson Crusoe holiday, Head Tien is as good as it gets if you still want an ensuite, a restaurant and a pool. Utterly charming place, could do a bit more on maintenance, cleanliness & shuttle options for the price, but the staff and location make up for any gaps. The snorkling is also great - shoals of large parrot fish chopping on coral. Be aware that it is on an almost vertical hill, so lots of steps up to rooms and down to restaurants so if you're not fit, it might not be...

"Loved the most the layout, design and location of the resort. The lighthouse design was so cute and like nothing we have stayed in before. There were only a few rooms on the property which made it feel secluded and peaceful. With a restaurant and infinity pool just 5 steps away from our rooms we couldn’t have asked for a better stay on koh Tao. Staff were so kind and helpful. "
