"Th manager/owner spoke really good English and gave me a lot of recommandations. I loved my room with deep soak bath tub overlooking the harbor. Very vibrant area with all the food markets. Short ride to Busan Air Cruise. Also next to the hotel is a Korean bathhouse/spa with salt water. "

"4인가족여행으로 잠만자면되지 하면서 예약 숙소가 깔끔하니 깨끗했습니다 사진으로 봤을때 많이 비좁을까 걱정했는데 괜잖았습니다 시설도 새거였습니다 ㅋㅋ 냉장고도 새거처럼~ 다만족스러웠습니다 그런데 그날은 보일러를 켜지 않아도 춥지 않고 괜잖았는데 바닥이 차가워서 데우고싶어 켜는데 거실과 방에 보일러 조절기가 각각이었는데 잘몰라서 좀 헤멨죠 방에조절기를켰는데 거실이데워진거같기도하고...암튼...해결했음요 4인가족인데 의자가2개뿐이라 안타까웠네요 그런데 의자가 4개가 되면 비좁아지긴해겠지요 그래도 잘 지내다 왔어요 애들이 또 오고 싶다고 좋다고 했습니다"

"Modern, clean, and conveniently located. Very comfortable bed with a large bathroom with large bath tub. The provided amenities are very thoughtful, even provided a phone charging cord. Room is on the smaller size and I did wish it had a spot to hang/store cloths other than the high tech steamer closet. Easy short walk from the metro. It is located in a smaller alley. "I absolutely loved my stay here! I solo traveled to Busan and felt very safe with having the 24/7 front desk and security for the building. It is only a 2 minute walk to Jagalchi Station, and only three subway stations away from Busan Station so it was so easy to get anywhere in Busan and from the KTX station! The hotel room was spotless when I arrived and the beds were very comfortable! I got the city view room and the curtains were blackout curtains so it made it easy to sleep and take a nap...

"Ww arrived early and the Hotel was able to accommodate us. Great location and we walked to many restaurants nearby. The public transportation options are also walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's one of the best accommodation in our 4 week trip around Korea and Japan "

"Location was great, place was comfortable just had a huge issue with the toilet that had issues flushing and the corner kept falling off so then we had to keep digging into the tank to put the cap back on, was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, happened multiple times a day which was super annoying and seemed really unhygienic. Would recommend for the location, room was smaller than expected but we only came back to sleep."

"Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone starting from the front door, lobby, lounge, house keeping, room service, etc. ABSOLUTELY know the meaning of guest service and experience. The icing on the cake was when the concierge will escort you all the way to your room and show and explain how everything works. She was very patient and thorough with me while showing me the room. Then I was brought up a welcome tea :) The room was very clean, quiet, and luxurious. The heat seats on the bidet on cold mornings came in absolutely clutch. I used the room service a few times too. There was a good selection of foods in the room service menu. Food was good. The only thing I’d change was the shower gel and hair shampoo all smelled the same. The smell was a little too strong for me. Haeundae’s “Main Street” is only a flew blocks away and only takes 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. I will only stay here from now when I’m visiting Busan. This was supposed to be a quick recharge and relax visit for me and everyone there made it happen. Thank you. "

"The view of the ocean from the hotel balcony and the outside spa were amazing, and the location was safe and convenient as it was close to all the restaurants and shops. All the staff, especially the hotel porters, were exceptional in their helpfulness and kindness. The hotel bakery shop is a must-try. It was Great!"

"부산에 처음 놀러갔는데 아스티 호텔이 부산역 바로 옆에 위치 해 있어 예약했습니다. 새벽에 도착했는데 하필 방 문 락이 고장나서 복도에서 좀 기다리고 침구류에 이물질이 묻어있어 곤란했지만 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 사람이 실수를 할 수 있기에 이런 상황에서 어떻게 대처하는 지가 중요한 것 같습니다. 비가 오는 날 프론트에서 유니폼 입은 여자 직원분이 우산도 대여해주시고 피트니스 문도 열어주시고 분실물도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다."

"It was a great experience and I would like to recommand to my friends and coworkers. Easy to access to the shopping area, food street, night market, tour attractions. The only thing I felt the taxi driver sermed not willing to drop-off or pick up at the hotel spot, maybe not easy for them to drive through or take more time to drive. So I would recommand the guests to be a bit patient when waiting for for their ride. Thanks."
