"清潔な客室でとても快適に過ごせました。屋外ドックランは、ウッドチップ敷きで足が汚れにくく、楽しく走っていました◎玄関の足拭きタオルやうんちBOX等の備品も充実しており、飼い主目線の配慮が有り難かったです(^^)温泉や室内ドックランの利用時間が長く自分たちのペースで過ごせました。駐車場から茶臼岳や朝日岳?も見えて景色もいいです。車で10分弱の展望台から見た朝日もとても綺麗で清々しい気持ちにな れました。"

"サービス等については満足であったが、禁煙の部屋を予約してあったのに、チェックイン時に満室であったため、必然的に喫煙の部屋に変更された。
消臭スプレーや空気清浄機完備の説明を頂戴したが、入ってみるとそのレベルの臭いではなかった。スプレー散布、空気清浄機を滞在中稼働させても、たばこの臭いが強烈で夜中に目が覚めた。
ホテル側の予約に対する事情はあるにせよ、事前の連絡なり、もう少し配慮がほしいと思った。"
