Family-friendly!
This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

未就学児を連れての宿泊でしたが、子供が遊べる場所もあり、とても喜んでいました。 夕食と朝食がとても美味しかったです。 ラウンジでお酒を飲みたかったのですが、夕食が混んでいて時間が遅くなり、お風呂に入ってから行こうと思っていましたが間に合いませんでした。残念でした。 あと、洗面所とお風呂とトイレの所が入った瞬間から、尿っぽい臭いがして気になりました。

夕食のビュッフェの際、 お好きな席をと言われたため選んでいると、 選ぶ席、選ぶ席、予約だと言われ、 始めにそれを伝えて欲しかった。 また、メガネをかけた60代くらいの店員の 態度が悪く、子供の椅子を無言で置かれたり ビュッフェを取りに行こうとした、小さな女の子にぶつかっても謝りもなく、 その人のせいでとても嫌な気持ちになりました。

ファミリー向けです。 スタッフの方の対応がとても良かった。食事中子供が寝てしまうとベッドを用意してくれました。屋内、屋外と遊ぶ場所がありホテルだけでも十分楽しめます。食事も種類豊富で楽しかった。食事付きでの宿泊をおすすめします。

ホテル自体は綺麗でチェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズだった。 ラウンジの時間内で、様々なアルコールやジュース、お菓子などが自由に飲んだら食べたりできた。 0歳の子供を連れて利用した。 大浴場もとても綺麗で子供用のバスチェアやマット、シャンプー、ベッドなどがあった。 プレイルームや屋外の遊び場もあり、子供が楽しめる場所があってよかった。 通常の和室はあまり綺麗とは言えず、評価を下げる理由となった。
