"People were friendly and helpful. Lobby and lobby bathrooms were kept spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. Looks like there are renovations in progress. We had a room on the seventh floor. Room was essentially clean but in need of refurbishing. Only real complaint is that the linens on one of our beds had not been changed before we arrived (not a bed we used)."

"Hotel suites as advertised, we had a great stay. Plenty of towels provided, nice neighborhood, close to airport, close to San Juan. Easy access. We really had a wonderful time. I will 100% recommend The only thing I found I should have contacted them prior arrival because I arrived at 10:30pm. There was a bit of issue contacting the hotel, I called about 4 times before I could speak to someone."

"Great place, stayed 21days, close to everything. People who managed the property were off the chain, we locked ourselves out & with heavy traffic they were there in about an hour, would definitely stay there agin!😎😎😎"

Bedroom consists just of king size bed and night tables attached to the wall, no closet space. "I appreciated the 60 plus page of instructions about the property. However, the checkin process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. Our doorpad did not work so we had to use an emergency lockbox to get an actual key to open the door. Then we gather the fey fob...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Villa del Sol and plan to return. Staff was very friendly, the space opened, the pool a plus! Which there was a breakfast included, and the shower can be better. One thing we didn't like was the carpeted room. 5min from the Airport, walk distance to the most beautiful part of Isla Verde, and car rental straight from the hotel! "
