"Excellent Hotel, provided my family with a room whilst they were getting our 2 suites ready. As we had arrived on an early flight. Had my room changed due to a water leak, and was provided with an other room within minutes. We were also provided with a complimentary meal for everyone in my party. Suites were always cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Then in the lobby they had a great cafe Risen, their coffee was superb. The gift shop staff Faheed and Saheed were great too, really helpful and friendly. The only downside was the amount of construction around the hotel. But wherever you look in Dubai there is construction everywhere. So not gave it much of a thought really. Overall great experience! "

"My recent stay at the Shangri-La Dubai for 6 nights during the NY was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an aura of refined elegance. The service was impeccable – the staff is the highlight as they were not just courteous, but genuinely warm and anticipated my every need. The culinary journey was amazing. Big fan of the Vietnamese restaurant. Breakfast in the main restaurant was a feast for the senses, with an incredible variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. The Executive Lounge, however, stole the show. The evening cocktails were expertly crafted, and the canapés were divine. My room "4007" was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Without a doubt, I would choose the Shangri-La Dubai again in a heartbeat. The seamless blend of impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, amazing staff and world-class facilities created an unforgettable experience."

"Family of 4, 5 night stay. Staff are friendly and curteous. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. We had a family room which was great. Pool clean and lifeguard on duty. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection, again staff were great. 24 hour shuttle bus, every 30ish mins to and from the airport. Hotel is a bit out of the way but there are free daily coaches running to and from the local malls. We were able to use these to get to metro stations closest to the mall, essential when on a budget. Overall would recommend and would book again. Had a really great stay here."

"Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also. "
