"Overall very centrally located and easy to walk to main areas and taking the tube. Lots of food places around the area too. Thankfully our room was on the 5th floor so relatively quiet although we did hear from other residents on lower floors complaining on the noise. The hotel room was very hot and hard to sleep at night. The shower unfortunately was either scolding hot or freezing cold. These are minor issues that if resolved would make the stay more pleasurable for guests."

"We stayed here a second time out of convenience. We booked the wrong size bed so we were offered a room with a double (queen size) bed. The upgrade was a little pricey on top of what we already paid. The Dolphin Suite had plenty of space for two adults. It may even fit a family with one or two small children comfortably.
