"Nice and cute hotel with amazing staff. Front desk receptionist was super cheerful and helpful and spoke good English. Location was close to many eating places and to two malls."
"The clean and mop floors everyday even your room, they change the towel everyday and even clean your bed. located in city centre, not too far from airport and a lot of Cafe and restaurant around. After all it's very recommended for you to stay here when traveling to Chiang Mai."

Cons: The toilet is a bit small and got a little pipe smell, the room is very close to the road so there are some voice from the street

"I can’t say enough about the service at POR! The staff went above and beyond to make my first visit to Thailand easy and so enjoyable. They helped to arrange for my daily activities and were quick to answer all my questions. The daily breakfasts were amazing and the beverages and snacks available all day were definitely a plus.
