"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"I had an amazing stay and highly recommend if you’re visiting the Cinque Terre area! Patrizia was very helpful and hospitable - she gave great tips for visiting the villages, was very responsive, and overall made the stay very enjoyable. "I stayed at NH for an extended period (2 weeks) due to a medical emergency with my husband, who was hospitalized. The hotel is close to the hospital, the water and shopping. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and expressed genuine concern for my husband’s health. "The room was spacious and very clean, equivalent to a five star hotel in my opinion. The host was amazing and super responsive. For a small charge, they even offered to do our laundry. The La Spezia harbour is a 15 minutes walk away, from where you can catch ferries and boats to Cinque Terre. Should I return to La Spezia, I know definetly where to stay!"
