"This was an amazing place to stay close to the train station and at the end of a street full of food and shopping options. The service was amazing and they are so attentive to any needs. They treated us like true friends and really care about our time there. It is a smaller and almost an at home type feel that really gave us a sort of living in La Spezia feeling whenever we were there. Whenever I come back I will be sure to contact Elisa and Simone to see if they have a room for us."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"The location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station, restaurants and some shopping. The instructions to check in were very easy to understand and follow. The main doors into the building were amazing. When we walked through the courtyard, it felt a little sketchy… kind of worn down and in disrepair. However when we got to the block of rooms run by Cinque Terra Gateway, it was very nicely remodeled and extremely clean. Overall, it was a great stay."
