"When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

"A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. "Stayed here for 8 nights and the experience was very positive. The staff are helpful and gracious especially for a long stay like ourselves. The breakfast is hearty, don't forget you can get eggs to order! The rom is a good size for 2 people sharing. Location you can walk to multiple coffee shops and cafes, and is quiet. Hotel is great to provide access to local drivers/taxis and I recommend getting the number of a few drivers so that you can be picked up or other activities. "

"This property was AMAZING. We came here from a different hotel because the previous hotel was terrible . Thankfully this hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff was attentive and friendly . The rooms were very spacious. The restaurant had good food. I will definitely stay here again when I come back . Thank you everyone for your amazing service !!"

Great experience @ Ubumwe Grande Hotel.

"I had a wonderful time during my 4- night stay at Ubumwe Grand Hotel. Lovely service, comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff. Manzi ( Roof top Restaurant staff) was exceptional. Also the hotel has an amazing roof top view of Kigali both during the day and at night. I would highly recommend Ubumwe Grande Hotel in Kigali to anyone visiting Kigali. Kigali is indeed a lovely, clean city. I plan to stay at Ubumwe Grande Hotel when next I visit Kigali, Rwanda. Keep it up."
