"Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling. There is a fish and chip/burger shop attached with a small good value menu. Only an overnight stay this time but would stay again when travelling through Moree."

"Booked in for 2 nights, first thing I was told at reception was that there was a single bed in the room as well as a queen bed and if the single bed was used we would be charged extra. Then I was asked if we came from south of the border? Not very welcoming. The room certainly needed upgrading for a 3.5 star room.
