The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable.

Awesome beach holiday
Mallorca is a wonderful island. The beach and sea at Muro are spectacular. Zafiro Bahia de Muro is a wonderful, all inclusive hotel. The staff are fabulous, the atmosphere is relaxed and the pools, spa and other amenities excellent. We had a young teenager with us and could have used some activities geared towards them. But parents with young children will love it. Zafiro Bahia has a team of enthusiastic young employees always thinking about things for little kids to do. The food and drinks were fine for an all inclusive resort.

It has extensive facilities, spacious rooms & was of a high standard. On the downside, only one of the smaller pools is heated, but this might not be a problem if you go in the height of summer (our trip was in April so the pools were too cold to swim in). We did have to queue at the restaurant for breakfast & dinner, this must be managed differently during busy periods. Overall a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly & attentive & the entertainment team worked tirelessly. I would go back to this hotel.

Great for kids!
We had a lovely stay at the Zafiro Bahía. The reception and pool areas are really lovely, as was the restaurant and food! Check in was great, although it would’ve been nice to have been told where the activities were taking place, as we were only told when they were on. It was a shame we had to rent a cot, safe and baby bath, you’d have thought in a family hotel they would have been included. We stayed in a Royal Terrace Apartment, which had lovey views out to sea and the pool, the rooftop terrace was lovely. It would have been great to see a stair gate in the apartment too, as the stairs leading up to the terrace were inside, so easily accessible (and steep!) to a toddler. I’m glad we weren’t self catering as I think the accessories in the kitchenette were a little basic, but overall the apartment was nice - though I would say starting to be due a bit of a refurb and paint job, just to bring it up to top notch standards. The apartment was cleaned daily, which was adequate. The food for an all inclusive hotel of this size was great! Plastic bowls, cups & cutlery for the children with a standard mix of pastas and pizzas for them, and then roasted meats and fish and paella for us - we didn’t have a meal that we didn’t enjoy! I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone travelling without kids, it’s just so popular with families, it’s not the same type of relaxing as for those without children! The beach is perfect for littleuns too!

However pools were cold even they claimed it was heated. My son couldn’t play there luckily we rented a room with hot tub. Too many disposable cup were used. The best thing about this place is the staff. The hotel is mediocre by all standards. Firstly the hotel in itself looks good. Smaller than the photos let on a Fb it really a resort. The pools look good but that’s as far as it goes! The pools are not useable because they are freezing, not heated even the slightest! My 2yr old refused to go in the whole time as it was far too cold. The rooms are cleaned to such basic standards, I had to call down to ask for or bin to be emptied! The whole system of changing pool towels on certain days is ridiculous! I couldn’t wait to get back from this holiday, I was far from impressed and mostly because it’s really not the standard of holiday we are used to. We found other guests to be quite hostile and unwilling to socialise or even talk! I wouldn’t go back to this resort nor will I be recommending it. The food, drinks and and look are fine, it’s more about the small details like not heating pools, other guests quite hostile, no room service, things not working in the rooms, the cleaning service.

We had a brilliant 10 days in this hotel. Good location, right on the beach. We had half board, food was amazing, staff good too, although reception didn't give us much information when we checked in, not even card for the electric, info about kids club and local attractions. Fab Easter break
Lovely hotel, we stayed all inclusive in a Royal Suite so had a roof terrace with hot tub and amazing sea views, these rooms are definitely worth upgrading to. The food and drink were lovely, branded drinks and lovely cocktails, and buffets were great, staff were always there replenishing food and cleaning tables etc Pools were too cold for us in early April but the hot tub made up for this and there are indoor pools too. The hotel is right on the beautiful beach, we only stayed a few days so didn't explore the area beyond the resort. We drove here from the airport in just under an hour. The hotel was fairly quiet so no issues using the facilities such as mini golf and tennis, and plenty of spare sunbeds and tables at meal times, but in the height of summer this may be different. We would definitely return!

Nice hotel close to the beach
We stayed in a Royal Terrace room and the additional space that provided as well as the jacuzzi were worth it with the pools not being heated when we were there in April. The hotel has everything you could need on site, a walkway directly to the beach and it’s only a short drive to Alcudia or Pollenca. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fab holiday, only thing I would say is that the entertainment finishes at 10 pm...... thought this was a bit early - apart from that, the staff were lovely, the rooms were lovely and the layout, pools and beach were good. Food was nicely presented and a good variety and the location of the hotel was quiet but only a 5 minute bus/taxi trip into the town.

great family hotel
very beautiful hotel. right on a beach. No promenade/road as in other resorts. which was fantastic. see was calm and clear, shallow. perfect for kids to learn to swim. hotel staff very very nice, hotel was clean. entertainment very good. hotel def caters for families with children under 10 (kidsclub, entertainment). but older kids will def enjoy the pools, and see. there are shops and restaurants 1-5 minutes walk from hotel. pony riding, bike rentals etc.

Great place for families
The rooms are nice and spacious and great for a family (4). We had a 3rd floor room which also includes a great 2nd story deck with a hot tub, day bed and sitting area. This hotel is designed for families and has a cruise/Disneyland type vibe. Kids everywhere.
