"the proximity to the shopping areas and access to public transport, the cafe Lounge Staff (Tine), the Security guy (Amor), the pool guy (Kiko), the Cleaner (cecille), the only thing that a little bit upsetting is that , there s no DECAF coffee for Diabetic guests, the Cleaner on the 10th floor - does not give us all the amenities that we got when we were on the 27th floor, the promise Merienda Cena buffet every friday and saturday is not regular and has little to offer "

"Great place to stay. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants in a large mall across the street. Rooms were fairly spartan, but clean. Daily water and a large refrigerator were nice. No microwave. Good restaurant in lobby. TV did not seem to have cable TV, had smart TV connections. Sign out of your apps though, because it doesn’t automatically when you leave. Only problem was we had to get our keys reprogrammed daily for some reason. Sometimes, multiple times. Not enough parking, if you will...

"Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. "

"It was a great stay but not an excellent one. For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting a heated pool. Unfortunately both of their pools are not heated making it so uncomfortable to swim in. No wonder why it’s almost always empty. We stayed at the main building and the pool was closed for several days and we had to walk over to the tower building to use the cold pool which was so inconvenient.
