The staff are accommodating and willing to help at any time of the day. The location is convenient with walkable access to museums, shops and local restaurants. "The front desk lady was amazing, but the service at the restaurant is awful. Server are super rude and not polite. Also the menu is very poor, just a few plates and divided in lunch or dinner, so if you go like at 3:30 pm and want to eat a Bolognese pasta you can’t because they only have that plate available at dinner time."
