"We absolutely loved our stay here. My mum and I came on a Christmas market trip for the weekend and couldn’t be happier with our hotel choice. The location is fantastic; easy to access the centre, airport and anywhere else via metro and train. The staff were beyond friendly. There is a little shop in the hotel itself or a spa supermarket nearby for snacks etc. The decor was so lovely and modern… it has definitely made me want to stay in more boutique hotels in the future. "Can’t fault the hotel itself, stunning and felt very safe. Very close to Zaandam train station (3 min walk) and easy to get to central Amsterdam. Slight issues such as other guests were smoking right outside the doors and you would have to walk through it almost every time you left the building. Also paid for late checkout but the cleaner didn’t seem to know this and had to try and explain. Overall, would return and great value for money as we paid under £300 for 4 nights"

"I have stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed it each time. This time unfortunately there was a problem with the Hotel not having Hot Water for 3 / 4 days and this meant that Hot showers were not available. There was also another minor problem with the Fire Alarm going off at 4.30am one, this is turned out to be a false alarm, and this was dealt with by the Management and Staff without any great fuss.
