The staff were lovely, the room was fine - clean and quiet, given the location. BUT my strong recommendation is to avoid using the ‘car park’ at all cost. You drive the car into a lift and then drive it onto a tiny ramp. The damage to my hired estate car cost me 3 times the hotel room rate.

For the price I paid, this was excellent. Arrived early and hoped I could drop my luggage off
 my room was ready so I was checked in early - very pleased! Very convenient location; easy walk to the main station and the old town and well served by tram and S-Bahn / U-Bahn. Room was small but clean and modern, with a Juliette balcony, and I slept well. I stayed alone but had I been sharing it would have been as cheap as a hostel. No kettle or drinks-making facilities but they left a bottle of water in the room. I was very happy with my room and my experience of the hotel and I’d stay here again if the price is still competitive.

Decent stay, solo traveling Munich
Not a bad place to stay in Munich. Right downtown so easy access to a lot of food and restaurants and the train station. The windows in the room were a little funky and I think most were broken or off their hinges so that was odd. Also they had a random fan in the room which was nice but I assume because the air wasnt working.

Rooms are very small. Modern decorations wasted space with angled walls. Shower drain was clogged which the cleaning crew had to have noticed when they cleaned the shower. It eventually broke free.

Excellent value; compact but modern fitout, furnishings and bathrooms. Some clever joinery design makes great use of available space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to Karlsplatz and S-Bahn to Marienplatz (both within walking distance as well).

Property location was good. Breakfast was very good. no HVAC, there was only a standup fan in the room and the window only cracked a bit. No amenities, no ice,. Front desk staff was a bit standoffish. I don’t feel they were customer oriented overheard them say they didn’t know how much it cost for a cab to the airport, but never offered to find out. A very common destination

10 min walk to Oktoberfest,12 min walk to Marienplatz and from Central Station which was most important to us. Nice breakfast and breakfast staff were helpful with recommendations and answering questions about the city. Bathroom was tiny, about the size of cruise ship bathroom. Everything was clean and was great for our purposes in the city.
