"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!"

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. I have slept on many beds in Japan, and these were the most uncomfortable that I have slept on in four years. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pad or mattress to this location. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition."
