"This property was very comfortable, the staff and check in process was easy and helpful. I didn’t get to have the breakfast but it sounded good. We had to leave early for a train. The area is super close to the train station and food in the area to walk too. Overall, a great place to stay. And we were able to put YouTube from our phone on the TV. Otherwise, TV in Japan I found to be very limited, like a few stations and in Japanese. "

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. "This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!"
