"Hello. This is a beautiful hotel close to shopping, restaurants and Table Mountain. Our heat didn't work in our room and they offered to put us in another room but we were happily settled in our room and agreed to wait and it was fixed when we returned from our excursion. We loved the breakfast and the staff was wonderful to us. If something is wrong, please be courteous/patient and let the staff know. They care and will make every effort to resolve your problem. Well done and bravo Marriott....

"Very pleasantly suprised with our room, it had a balcony, wich I didn't book or pay for, so that as a bonus and very well received by my two kids!. Two bedrooms, two bathroom areas a lounge diner and kitchen. It was like a self contained flat and was very nice. Very convenient for checking out V&A waterfront and catching the ferry to Robben island. Parking is not included but is cheap.
