"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

"A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

"Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine."

"Ich bin begeistert von dem Hotel. Das Haus steht zwar etwas weg vom Schuss, dafür ist es nachts maximal ruhig. Zunächst war ich etwas irritiert vom Stilmix. Da gibt es eine japanische Brücke über einen Koi-Teich als Zugang zum Hotel, daneben stehen Säulen im Hundertwasserstil, möglicherweise sogar Originale. "Loved the place but the room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor and not only was there no elevator but the stair case was very narrow and difficult to bring the luggage up. We still loved it and understand the way it is looks better so it’s not a con, just think it’s good to know, specially for people traveling with small children like we did. "

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."
