"So first off, the good: the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We were very short walks from everything we came to Charleston to do, which was excellent for us . The staff were kind, prompt and very helpful. Valet parking was a nice touch and worth it rather than trying to find parking and worrying about your car in some random garage. "The check in was easy. The room we had was right on the corner of the building and the traffic noise was terrible. The staff was very friendly. The shower in our room could have been cleaned better. Overall the hotel was refreshing and clean. "

"We had a great stay. I was excited the hotel was like a tower. The veiws were fantastic. Breakfast was alright. Location was odd being sandwiched between the roads like that. There was no walking from the hotel. We didnt take advantage of the shuttle. We were too hungry and didn't want to wait. So we Uber'd."

"Other than shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel, there are no other items in the bathroom, and they will not provide shower caps or body lotion if one requests those items. A guest has to ask to have their room cleaned. This is not explained when one registers ; therefore no cleaned room the second day of your stay."

"The facility is very nice, as is the staff. The only downside is parking, which is limited at the hotel. The parking garage across the street is available but a bit creepy at night if you are a solo female traveler. I didn't have an issue when I parked there. "
