"The property was spacious and clean. It seemed to be appointed as an accessible room with wide doorways and a shower chair (not necessary for us). It is great to have a kitchenette but the crockery, pots and even some glasses were in very high cupboards. A chair was required to access these items which is ridiculous and unsafe. Please build some new storage where crockery, etc can be stored at an accessible height to fit with the other accessible features of the unit,"

"The room was spacious and the view up the river and over the city throug the ceiling to floor window was amazing. The executive lounge was good with a selection of canapes in the evening. I was a little disappointed with the shower which was occasionally not hot enough and could do with a better shower head."

The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. "Nice apartment and great location, although it was noisy being close to trains coming/going to/from Flinders St station. One thing I don't get though, and it's not just with this apartment, it's at plenty of others also, but if a microwave is available, for goodness sake provide containers to use in it!"
