The room had a sewer smell, toiled didn't flush, pillow and bed sheet with blood stains, 1 hour to check in there was a line of 7 people and only 1 attendent . Restrooms by Looby area were dirty. I will never stay there again.

Can’t beat the location to attend events at Cintermex Convention Center. Also near Arena Monterrey and one of the entrances to Parque Fundidora. The lobby is nice, but lacks amenities, would be great if they offered coffee in the mornings. During the afternoon they do offer water but they put out very few glasses. Staff is attentive, I had a late flight when arriving, so I called to let them know, they said not to worry. Easy check in and out. The rooms are comfy, air conditioning worked well but a bit noisy. Beds were clean, but floors and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There’s a restaurant in site, but did not try it. A few other options around, and also 7/11 around the corner. All in all, a good stay.

El hotel esta bien en general. Mi fatal experiencia fue que en la noche que llegué a la habitación descubrí que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y solo hacia un ruido horrible. Estuve marcando a recepción para avisar o solicitar cambio de habitación por mas de 20 minutos, incluso bajé y no había nadie...... tuve que dormir así pues tenia que madrugar pero fue una pésima experiencia.
