First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. "We used this Hotel as a stop over for one night on our travels around Europe. We are British, they spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. "Had a short stop over in Tuoro and found this small (positive) and nice hotel with a great

area. Had a junior suite with access to spa, but due to great weather we didn’t tried it out. Had lunch and dinner the first day, the menu’s are the same both for lunch and dinner, so we decided to eat outside the hotel on the second day. The served breakfast was great, the staff super nice and friendly.. do not mind to re-visit the hotel again.. "
