"Booked for 2 families, but due to a funeral, was not able to make the first night. Tried to find the local number to cancel, called 2 different numbers on my booked info, but was unable to let them know we would be a day late and to cancel the first night... had to pay for 2 rooms that we did not get to stay in. I took the hotel card when i left and we'll probably book straight with the hotel next time to make sure I'm able to contact, if needed."

The only challenge I faced involved the fact that the TV's directory (within the TV itself, not just some printed guide) did not correspond to the channels; it made finding my news channels a bit challenging."
