"The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!"

"A lovely B&B run by two delightful and kind sisters and staff. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, well appointed and cozy. Breakfast is continental in style with fresh and tasty offerings. "Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
