"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"We found this place to stay after driving Hohe Tauern Road. This is a wonderful family owned farm with very nice, roomy accomodations mainly geared towards families with young kids but wonderful if you just need a nice break from travel. Very polite and helpful service. Wonderful breakfast buffet, Including farm fresh milk and butter. It was a one night stopover for us but if you need a multi night getaway with your children, this would be very nice. "

"We’ve just returned from a fantastic 3 nights in Rauris. The Birkenhof was the perfect little hotel to rest our heads. The staff were lovey and couldn’t do enough for us. "Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned.
