"Love the location of the property. Super near station with eateries and 24 hr supermarket. Multiple local bus rides to disneyland. Not too expensive for a cab ride either if you want to get to disney even earlier to try your best to grab the priority passes. Property was clean and functional. We enjoyed the stay!"

There are 2 metro stations nearby (1) Shintomicho 1min walk (2)Tsukiji 5 min walk. We found ourselves using the Tsukiji station a lot more than Shintomicho when visiting other usual areas in Tokyo like Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku. "This relatively large apartment style hotel was perfect for our short stay in Tokyo. It is close to several metro stations and a large department store, and there were many restaurants nearby. The in room laundry was nice to have, and the friendly people at the desk were happy to give me extra soap for the machine. After staying in two tiny tiny hotel rooms in Narita and Osaka, staying in this large space was a real treat!"

"As the name suggests, they turn an apartment into a hotel. It's a very high-end apartment at that. So you have all the privacy and independency to yourself. It's very new as well when we stay during 2024 December. "

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in room 1435. Pro: Really convenient as it’s in the heart of Shinjuku. Everything was walking distance. Con: We stayed in the double room and it was really small. We had to put the luggage rack next to the small sofa in order to open up one luggage. The room was also worn with some stain on the sofa. "Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. Our room was ready early, so we were able to have our bags delivered straight there from the airport motorcoach. The bar was excellent with food and drinks in line with USA pricing. The Lawson was an amazing option for late night snacking when returning from the parks. The room itself was large with a great view of the parks and fireworks. We also stayed a night at the Disneyland Hotel and wish we had saved the extra money and stayed here for the night. Amazing property with amazing facilities, staff, food, and cleanliness. Will be returning here even when not visiting the parks."

"This might have been one of my best hotel stays of all time. I've stayed in club level at the best hotels in the United States and none of them come close to the level of service we received at this hotel. Arrival from the cab was simple and easy. I had not touched my bags from getting out until i was unpacking. We had to wair for our room for a few hours so they recommended some activities for us to do in the meantime. The stay was to celebrate a surprise engagement. I wanted to grab a slice of cake to celebrate the occasion so i asked for recommendations. The club concierge asked what i imagine is a couple of other people for recs and they gave an amazing recommendation and offered to call me a cab to get there and back. The club lounge was always welcoming and well staffed. The drinks were great that you made yourself and the company was always pleasant. It did start to get loud around 8pm but never rowdy. The view from the lounge and our room were phenomenal. The lounge faced Tokyo Tower and our room faced Mount Fuji. The icing on the cake was when we were checking out, we planned to go to Kyoto for a few days. They offered to keep our luggage at the property free of charge until we got back to tokyo. When we did return, it was almost like we never checked out and again our luggage went from bell services to our cab. Would always recommend as it is more than worth the price!"

"APA hotels (stayed at multiple) they all take care of you and are constantly giving you clean hygiene needs. Very clean, they clean your room I believe it was every 3-4 days even if you don't want it haha but very helpful staff and nice stay! "
