"We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. "The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the Totsuka station and several shopping areas, including a large grocery store near the subway/train station and many dining options. If you're looking for something scenic or near the big tourist areas like the waterfront, this wouldn't be it; but we wanted to be near family who live in Yokohama, so this was perfect for us. It's an easy train ride from Haneda Airport; and Tokyo Station and Ueno Park in Tokyo are only about 35 and 40 minutes away by train. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Plus it was fun to see a couple origami Shohei Ohtani in the lobby during the U.S. baseball World Series. Very satisfied with the stay. "

"Not much English spoken (Google translate to the rescue) nor on the menus, first night we went to the dining area but were escorted to the snack bar for some strange reason, WATCH OUT for the stealth “bathing/ hot springs” tax of ¥600 at check-out, even though we didn’t even use the pool or any other facilities (not a word of it when we checked in- hadn’t we been pressed for time to return the car back at Haneda I’d have refused to pay and told them to call the cops but hey…), not even a sachet of coffee in the room, air con kept switching itself on a few minutes after we switched it off."
