The hotel is very clean, staff are very polit and professional, and location is close to main transportations, many restaurants and coffeshops. I had an unexpected situation where I had to go to the hospital on my check-out day, and the staff at Mediolanum were incredibly accommodating. They kindly allowed me to pay later and kept my luggage safe while I was away. Their understanding, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. I’m truly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that goes above and beyond for their guests.

The breakfast was a great deal at 10 euros. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was a quick 6-8 minute walk from the train station and for the most part the area was safe at night. The hotel offered coffee, cookies and popsicles during a "happy hour" that we gladly accepted after a touring in the summer heat. If in Milan again, I'd happily stay at the Hotel Mediolanum.
