This is a fantastic hotel in a prime location, just a few streets away from the Cathedral and with convenient tram and metro stops right outside. The hotel has a modern design, and my room was excellent—spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed and top-notch facilities. I ordered room service, which was good quality, although a bit pricey. However, the breakfast was a real highlight, offering an impressive selection to suit all tastes. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Very rude behavior and extremely unhelpful. Room was like sauna the whole time in the winter and that is with heat turned off and window open, telling this to the front desk is of no help even though they are surprised to hear it and trying to "fix it". Unclean property and hallway and room floor is filthy. This should be 1 star property. By far one of the worst stays ever

Location was very important. After 9 years I went back to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The heating system wasn’t regulated in my room which was cold on the first day. The situation was fixed on the following day my the damage was done. I am still dealing with my cold.

Every night the loud music was non stop throughout the night. The floor is all wood floor that caused squeaks noise of pulling chair from the upstairs room. When I checked out staffs in the lobby never say anything even have a nice day or enjoy your trip etc. It was sad and the hotel is Lack of hospitality. The coffee machine can make espresso which is good. Bathroom is tiny but appreciate there’s a tub. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel next time in Milan.

Breakfast was excellent, but the room was outdated and nothing seemed to work properly. The furniture arrangement felt awkward, and the rain highlighted issues with how they clean the bathroom. After the cleaning service, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

Really nicely appointed room with spacious bathroom. It was in a very convention location, with lots of places near by to shop and eat. Overall very happy we booked there. The restaurant on property was also very nice, great drinks and food!

Nice hotel, great location, noisy.
Nice hotel, great location, but noisy. This is a great hotel if planning a tourist trip to Milan, but no so good for business. There is nowhere quiet to work in the public areas, and the hotel pipes loud bad music in the corridors during the day making work calls difficult. In addition, the rooftop bar pumps music late into the night which is not good if you are looking to sleep. Breakfast is very good.

The room was beautiful, had an amazing view. It was close to the subway station, and within walking distance of the Duomo. The breakfast buffet was huge, and delicious. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. I would definitely come back!
