"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "First experience was honestly not good, but once I found the right person to talk to, we had a great time. Lovely apartment with hot tub on the balcony, sea view, good facilities in the kitchenette, superb customer service (second time around anyway!). Some lovely rooms including a fully fitted kitchen, great sound system and very comfy beds. Restaurant is fine, menu is limited but food is reasonable quality and staff in restaurant were absolutely lovely. Breakfast choice was good (but expensive...

"Great stay beautiful location and building very beautiful also. Rooms a bit plain but most importantly clean. Food was a little basic, could be improved. Other than that it a beautiful setting and hotel itself is decorated beautifully really is scenic. Extra charge for sauna and steam room which was not the case before. Staff super friendly, would reccomend for sure! "

"We had a two bedroom apartment, very spacious, reasonably well appointed, only shortfall was they didn’t have a spatula for the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Plaza lounge was ok, had entertainment three nights a week, but it doesn’t change much, at least while we were there, so after first week , mehh."
