"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was walking distance to the bus stop and town with free bus pass given on arrival. Easy to get around the area. The room with a view overlooking the Nordkette mountain. We arrived earlier than expected check in time but still they accommodated us straight to our room. All in all, great stay and holiday. "

"Nice hotel with great breakfast. Good spot in town close to train station and the old town. Spacious room and bathroom, pity the shower is in a deep bad tub and the showerhead did not fit in it’s holder so you had to keep it in your hand while showering."

"Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

"Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow."
