One of our favourite hotels - the staff were great, the location perfect for the city centre and the view from the suites at the back was stunning - all the way up the mountains to the ski-lift and beyond. Were very friendly with the dog (who was allowed in downstairs terrace and the upstairs bar). Operate an honesty bar on the upstairs bar which was great. Would heartily recommend

This was our second stay at Nala. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need. We will stay here every time we come to Innsbruck.

The hotel is in a central, but quiet location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving good advice on restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped and had lovely crisp bed linen and soft, fluffy towels. The breakfast was amazing, don't miss it.
