At the front desk, Nilda does an incredible job handling multiple responsibilities with ease. Her ability to multitask while prioritizing guest safety is commendable. She brings a calm and friendly presence that enhances the overall guest experience. Pedro, the supervisor, also deserves recognition. He consistently goes beyond his duties to ensure the property runs smoothly and that all areas are properly maintained.
