Not a bad property, but the HVAC system is overridden by controlling thermostats....every time I have been there, no matter what I set them temp at, it will not cool to that level....seems like an energy of other control that is really disappointing, limiting the experience

This hotel is the center of party lane and that night there was a huge college party across the street and even though I was on the 16th floor it was like I was in the middle of the party. I didn't sleep and had to get up early for work. The hotel didn't really care. I would NEVER stay there again unless you are looking for that party atmosphere.

They didn't have the room to give me on the night I arrived. They moved me to a different hotel, they forced me to move there. They were covering the cost of the room for 1 night in the other hotel but then wanted me to move back to Omni for 2nd night! They were not conducting business properly. They paid the 2nd night in the other hotel after me calling 3 times to tell them I'll not move from the second hotel. I wish I never reserved the room with them.

The property was under a strike and the picketers started at 7am. I would have liked the property to notify me ahead of time about the strikers. Also the area was unnervingly noisy. It was Saturday night so some activity was expected, however the property should consider noise cancelling window inserts.
