"This is a small, old-fashioned motel. The room was smaller than most modern hotels but still had plenty of room for me and my dog. I loved the simple, honest appearance. The owners made it easy to check in and get into my room without waiting at a lobby counter. There's a candy store in the middle of the motel, and I had treats on my bedside table when I came in."

"The Waitsfield Inn is centrally located in the village. So much to do and see. The Inn is is quaint and lovely. We’ve stayed there before and will stay there again We love the simple buffet breakfast. "

"The lodge was located in very rural mountains area and the landscape was beautiful and scenic. The property was well kept however they need to consider upgrading their electrical system. The staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. While they conducted a subway and advised us of the situation in the area. Or needs to be said about the lack of food options or even a general store. But overall, we had a wonderful time in the area was absolutely beautiful."

"Omg this is by far my favorite hotel along my 7-Day New England trip! I’m from Massachusetts and my travel buddy is from Florida and has never seen New England. If you are in the area or passing through, this hotel is not only adorable, the check in/out was seamless, price point was perfect and the beds were amazing! Plus there is a river outback that is stunning!! If I could give 10 stars I would have!"

"Yes, room was easy to get into from the back door, parking was in their private lot, rim was clean, bed is comfy, bathroom, spacious, and nice keurig coffee machine in refrigerator."

"The Inn at Round Barn Farm was amazing. We stayed in the Richardson room and it was beautiful! Exposed wood beam ceiling, fireplace, huge bathroom area with a sky light visible from the shower. The grounds and gardens were beautiful with views everywhere!! Breakfast both mornings was delicious, fresh, home-made. We ate outside and the view was spectacular! Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!"
