"Ok, let’s start with the positives. Great location - so close to Sugarbush to ski! Easy parking. Cute coffee set up as well as cute coffee shops and restaurants near by. Also the Staff member was so responsive, help and friendly! Unfortunately the room we stayed in, 2nd flr loft with 2 full beds and a kitchen was not as expected based on the photos and reviews. While there was an attempt to make it look cute, it’s an old building, with a moldy/dusky smell, visible cobwebs and dust that triggered my allergies. Also bathroom was not as pictured, small shower with drain that looked moldy/dirty, with black spots and pots in the kitchen were dirty with food remnants. That said, the staff person was so responsive to our concerns - she brought us new pots and kitchen supplies, as well as had the maintenance and cleaning staff come in and reclean. While it was better, especially the shower, my allergies were bothering me so we ended up leaving before our last scheduled night. It might have just been an off day for the cleaning staff or just the one room, and maybe for someone without a dust allergy it might not have been so much of an issue, just want others to be aware as I wish I had."

"Rooms were clean and cozy. The common areas were welcoming and had spacious seating. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only a couple of minutes from Mt. Ellen. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment itself and the location were perfect. It was exactly as described, very close to the mountain, and extremely convenient for skiing at Sugarbush. The space was nice inside, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The only issue we experienced involved the upstairs neighbor. Around 7 PM on Saturday night, while we were quietly playing a game of cards, she came downstairs, banged on the door, and introduced herself as the owner upstairs. She was angry and said we were being too loud, even though quiet hours were not until 10 PM and we were speaking at a normal indoor volume. The interaction felt unreasonable and was startling enough that it scared some members of our group. It also seemed clear that she has ongoing issues with rentals in the unit downstairs. Once we explained that we would of course respect quiet hours after 10 PM, she did not bother us again. Aside from that situation, the property itself was great. The apartment was comfortable, well located, and worked perfectly for our stay near the mountain."
