"I book rooms at the Hampton Inn (Hilton) in Solon in order to make my appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. It is about a 30 min drive to the clinic from Solon. What I love is that it is much cheaper than staying closer and there are several restaurants right next to the hotel. "Aaron at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and I was happy to meet him in person. Our room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. It appeared that it might not have been used in a while. The bathroom sink either had dust or left over shaving gunk. There were no trash bags in the containers which I felt was a little unsanitary. The price was reasonable for a weekend night. Beau's on the River was excellent and the bar afterward was charming and quaint."

"The checkin person was nice and fairly quick. The facility is huge but not crowded when we were there. Map provided with close parking to our room. The breakfast was good. The pool area looked very clean but we didn’t have time to use it. Bed was fine. Nice to have frid and microwave in room. Shower was good and had nice warm temp. Room had regular arm chair and desk chair too which we liked instead of just sitting on bed. Would stay again. "

"Rooms are updated but some areas of the rooms show age. Common spaces are well lit and very modern. The parking lot is very well lit if you are coming in at night. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and checked me in with no issues and answered any questions I had quickly and accurately."

"We requested 1 king bed but the room was big enough to fit another bed. We appreciated all the extra space, 2 chairs, 2 night stands, lots of lamps, pretty glass table and and tv with microwave & fridge. The soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were tiny but everything was clean. Maybe just needed dusting. I notice most hair dryers are nasty but this one was clean although I didnt need to use it.
