"Palace Downtown was an excellent hotel for our family over Christmas. Every detail was so thoughtful and the location can not be beat. The breakfast staff were so attentive and made our kids feel very special. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We woyld absolutely stay here again "

"1. Toiler smell like sewage 2. No electricity at night and no water pressure and no ac or heating ventilation 3. No breakfast buffet, as I personally like the buffet experience in any hotel, they don’t provide a buffet option but basic breakfast is served through room service. 4. Dirty carpets and bad hygiene 5. No complementary beverages in the room such as water or tea or coffee…"

"Our stay at The Heritage Autograph Hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was superb, with attentive staff who made everything seamless. The location is unbeatable—less than a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, and the porters and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading, and the lighting wasn’t the best, so I’d recommend bringing a portable LED light if you need extra brightness. However, it was lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!"
