"The amazing host was so kind and caring. He offered to take me to the bus so I could catch it to the airport. He offered to stay and wait for me for two hours until I arrived for my late check in. We were late to check in but there was good communication with the representative who very kindly waited for us (for a fee for late check in after 8pm).
