"We have stayed her before and we will stay again. A lovely location by the sea. Very efficient and friendly staff. A few issues with room (no.5), water not draining from bath, mirror light not working. I know maintenance will be sorting these out soon, probably already sorted! Wonderful cooked breakfast in the morning."

"This hotel was just perfect with sea view and a great balcony. Hotel was clean also,but it could of done with more coffee in room and little fridge with water and others drinks in ect.... A dressing grown and slippers for more of a comfortable touch would just be perfect and a grate finish overall the staff was very nice and helpful, look forward to are stay again."

"Just an overnight stay but the room was very clean and nicely presented. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good with everything provided and nice towels. Tea and coffee ( Not packets) and fresh milk was a bonus Would recommend."

"Lovely hotel. Very lucky with the weather and the terrace is a perfect spot! Only downsides: on arrival there was used tissue on floor of bedroom, no conditioner in the shower and a little noisy (maybe room positioning) Staff were attentive and very friendly "

"Great homely guest house near the seafront in Westcliff. Comfy bed and spacious room. Tasty full English breakfast. Nozzle on room radiator was broken but staff were able to turn it off for me. They stored my luggage the day I left. Would definitely return!"

"Excellent location - decor and ambience welcoming - rooms airy and bright but personally found the beds too low. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was basic continental - restaurant food very good. Restaurant/pub was very busy at all times. Private parking is an advantage! Would stay there again."

"Phenomenal venue in a beautiful secluded location. Rooms were extremely well presented, clean and finished to an extremely high standard with great access to on-site gym and hot tub. Local amenities easily accessible (but you will need a car) and on-site staff all very friendly and helpful."

"Very friendly place, very busy in bar area but accommodation separate (& quiet 😊👍)… enjoyed looking round the bar area after breakfast next day, lots of interesting items/photos etc and nice to be away from the ‘corporate’ feel that most hotels seem to have these days. I’m sure we’ll be back."
