"This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....
