"This is not an hotel or a Bed and Breakfast but a working farm (vineyard and olive groves) with a beautiful guesthouse with comfortable basic bedrooms. The dinners are family style for each room/group and there is only one menu per evening. The dinners were delicious and the wine was very good. There were activities you could sign up for as well. But the greatest part of the property is the views of the vineyards, olive groves, and the Tuscan countryside. Absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful....

We felt like the only guests at Villa Sabolini. We have to agree with the others that the food is top notch. We ate lunches and dinners many days and found the experiences delicious. "The property is a very nice 11Century building and is maintained impeccably BUT all should know the bathrooms are small, so small the shower head hangs from the ceiling and the drain is in the middle of the floor beneath it.
