Very clean room, friendly staff, amazing waterpark! Family friendly, warm water, and excellent life guards. The only reasons I gave it only 4 stars is because the room was pretty drab and run down(clean just old and a bit worn out looking) and because everywhere I turned I felt like I was being asked to spend more money. It was like a constant advertisement trying to get me to buy more everywhere I turned. Overall good though. I plan to return, I would recommend it. Look for quieter times of year to get a deal.

The game room staff (gabby, Joanne & Judy) were amazingly patient. I randomly gave staff that goes unnoticed (those who mop & sweep) $10 as I saw them. The down side was the main surf attraction & 2 slides were out of service. Non-alcoholic beverages like water and gaterade were ridiculously overpriced ($4.25 for water). The broken attractions should be noted online.

The hotel was clean. The front counter person was great the waterpark staff, though we’re not very friendly when we said hello or tried to talk to them for some reason they got rid of the hot tub, which was too bad cause that was great last time we stayed here
