"We stayed two nights, It was a great location, quiet, away from the maddening crowd and with exceptional staff and service. Luisa made us quite welcome and introduced us to our room and facilities. "The only reason why I would recommend the residence Veronza (I am not talking about the hotel here, since I stayed in the apartments not hotel part) is the price. It is a very good option for young people tight on money or families. 4 people can comfortably fit in the studio apartment and it's a bargain hard to find elsewhere. Restaurant is ok, nice surroundings, there is a supermarket on the premises open in high season, amateur theatre plays, discos. You need to come by car to fully experience...

"Superb family-run boutique hotel with amazing hospitality, pool and views. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, and Paolo, the owner was engaging, accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was among the best and most complete. The daily guided hike was a nice surprise on our trip and Mauricio was an excellent leader. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled another booking to add 3 days. "

"2 outlets in the entire suite to charge your device, (And no outlets in the bedroom) not comfortable pillows or sheets, no espresso machine, no English TV channels. Breakfast was extremely limited compared to the other hotels we stayed at, and service was not great. Dinner on the other hand was excellent and service was good."

"We found the location to be ideal and convenient for the Aldstadt. The hotel is superbly placed and in easy reach of the main railway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful in range and quality with as many double espressos as we could handle! The spa was of excellent quality with great ease of use being on a booking system."

Great stay in Bolzano

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano. "

Would most definitely stay again

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
