"The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment. This experience was particularly disappointing , as I read about this service prior to arriving at the hotel. Futhermore our room had tiny ants on the dresser and night stand. "

"The check in is to late at 4pm and the check out to early at 10 am, basically you lost a whole day. It’s not fear for customers."

"First time staying on a houseboat but will definitely not be the last. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the marine life. "
