"The tables and counters in the hotel room were sticky and nasty feeling. Not sure if it was dirty or a harsh chemical had been used to try to clean them. "

"Bon accueil du personnel. Le déjeuner inclus était très bien. Le lit était confortable. Par contre, les airs communes de l'hôtel sont défraichies et ont besoin de rénovation. L' ascenceur était malpropre. Pour ce qui est de la chambre elle était propre et tranquille."

"From the moment I walked into the Hilton everybody was friendly and kind. Every time I needed something they were their professional understanding and everybody always had a smile on their face. The room was beautiful. The balcony was beautiful facing Melbourne and airport. I was there for a funeral and the employees there at Hilton made it a very easy day for me and my children going through a hard time so big up to them because they’re doing a great job. I will definitely stay there again. "
